Utopia Treasures is a subsidiary of Seven Seas Gifts. It was conceived in 1999-2000 and started taking form and was born in 2000, where it continued to grow. Then it began to bud in 2001 ~~ and finally, ultimately blossom in 2002-07 as it became a viable part of the many-faceted, multi-color array of the World Wide Web for all to view.
