If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Utopia Treasures, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the item for a credit to your credit card used at the time of purchase or, if you paid by a check or money order, you will be issued a refund check. The request for a credit/refund must first be e-mailed to customer service (on our 'Home' page) and then customer service will provide you with the address to then send the same request along with the item (in same and resaleable condition as it was received) in its original case/box (intact with original lining) with the 'returned merchandise' portion of the invoice (filled out) to that address e-mailed to you. Again, Utopia Treasures must have the returned item within 30 days of your receipt of that item. And after we receive your returned item, please allow, if you charged your purchase, at least two or three billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement; if you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed out to you within two weeks (please allow additional time for delivery). If you feel you have to send an item back, we are sorry and hope that you will still keep Utopia Treasures in mind for future adornment needs -- whether for yourself -- or a dear loved one.
